Every engineer knows the drill: a Thorough Examination quietly becomes overdue, continued compliant use of the equipment is called into question, and an examination that could have been planned into a maintenance window becomes an urgent job. A reminder a month out is all it takes to plan it into the works.
Reminders repeat on your equipment's cycle: typically every 6 months for lifting accessories, people-lifting equipment and vehicle lifts, and every 12 months for other lifting equipment, pressure systems and work equipment. They keep coming cycle after cycle until you stop them.
